I visited with a business partner and two people. I didn't make a reservation, but I was saved by having a seat vacated. The otoshi was eaten in an unusual way, with rice and firefly squid placed on nori seaweed, which made me look forward to future meals. Since it was a horse sashimi shop, I asked for 3 kinds of platters. It is very soft and the sweetness of the meat is strong, and it goes well with sake and potato shochu. I ordered Juyondai, which I don't often see in Japanese sake, and it was very delicious as it is rare. It's a little disappointing that I couldn't use a credit card and paid only in cash.

This is a shop that sells Kumamoto's specialty products, sake, and shochu. I visited for sake and horse sashimi. A glass of sake costs about 490 yen. And you can try 3 types of drinks (1000 yen) for a glass of 490 yen! Denzake, Kokuryu, and Nabeshima all cost 490 yen! ? I was a little surprised. There was also a 14th generation, which started at 700 yen. The glasses are also made of Kiriko, which makes me a little happy. There were also about 30 types of shochu. The shop doesn't look very large, but as soon as you enter, there are about 5 counter seats, 3 seats for 4 people in the back, 1 semi-private room that can fit about 6-8 people, and there is also a second floor. It seemed like there was. The 3 types of horse sashimi platter is 1280 yen and is a must-try dish! (I think there were assortments of 3 to 8 types) I also recommend the chicken wasa as it is delicious.

Mother's Day Sunday. I visited with my mother for lunch! Basashi nigiri and wagyu beef rice bowl are very fresh. That deliciousness is unique to direct delivery! Even my mother, who experienced horsemeat sashimi for the first time, repeatedly called out, "Delicious, delicious!" Next time I would like to ask my wife who loves horse meat!
