This custom designed, newly opened shabu shabu restaurant blends traditional Japanese style with a simplistic decor. The cuisine remains faithful to tradition, particularly influenced by Kumamoto regional cooking, with such dishes as karashi renkon. The consistent quality of the head chef's creations and easy smile of the owner make for a homey, albeit upscale atmosphere.

A hidden gem in Meguro. Traditional Japanese style meets contemporary in this place. Great menu & food, well presented. Staff are friendly & quite knowledgeable. Well worth a visit.

A person from Kumamoto made a reservation and took me. It was so delicious that it couldn't be compared to the horse meat I ate in Kumamoto for sightseeing. The amount of the course is enough to fill you up, and the dessert is also substantial. It was delicious overall, but the horse meat shabu-shabu, which can be eaten raw, was my favorite among the courses. According to Kumamoto people, the locals don't recognize horse meat without marbling as basashi, but the basashi here is their favorite. It was a very delicious shabu-shabu. Sake, shochu, and Kyushu thighs go well with cooking! The atmosphere of the landlady is very charming and soothing. It was a nice shop!
