Very friendly and young staff with lots of power and positive energy :) And of course the food is great! Delicious horse meet, chicken, typical Japanese tapas à la Izakaya style.

This shop is located 3 minutes walk from Kannai Station. I wanted to eat Kyushu cuisine with a friend, so I found this place and decided to visit. I can't go wrong with Kyushu cuisine, and I love all of it, so I have high expectations! I asked for various things that interested me. ・Wagyu beef pepper (appetizer) Serve the crispy peppers with plenty of minced meat. Fresh peppers, delicious! ·mentaiko potato salad Contains my favorite mentaiko. Stable deliciousness. ・Chilled tomatoes ・Fried taro This menu is said to be popular among women. The taro is cooked in bonito stock and left to infuse the flavor overnight before being fried, so the taro itself is fully infused with flavor. No wonder this is popular. ・Yellowtail with sesame soy sauce Yellowtail sashimi topped with special sesame soy sauce. The combination of sesame and yellowtail is delicious. My friend who loves fish loved it. I want to eat this with rice. ・Assortment of 3 types of horse sashimi This is the restaurant's recommended menu. There are three types available: peach, loin, and heart. This horse sashimi from Aizu, Fukushima is shipped directly from the farm without being frozen. Irresistible for horse sashimi lovers! As for the dipping sauce, the Aizu style is to eat the thighs and loin with soy sauce and special mustard miso. It's delicious to eat with soy sauce alone, but the spicy mustard miso makes it a great accent. The heart is served with sesame oil and salt, but it's irresistible for liver sashimi lovers! ・Seared bonito The seared bonito is surprisingly thick for chopsticks. There is a chive sauce on the bottom so you can eat it with it. This is my first time eating with chives! ・Chicken Nanban I was surprised when it came out and it was topped with tartare. This tartar has red ginger in it. This tartare is served with crispy chicken. Perhaps because it contains red ginger, it's more refreshing than I expected. ・Stir-fried yakitori style This month's recommended menu! Chicken and large green onions stir-fried with sauce, there's no way this would go well with alcohol! It comes with shichimi and yolk, so you can add it as you like. This is an irresistible dish for sake drinkers. ・Hakata motsu nabe (soy sauce flavor) The restaurant's signature menu next to horse sashimi. There are three flavors: salt lemon, yuzu pepper, and soy sauce, and when I asked the staff, the most popular one was soy sauce, so I chose the soy sauce. The soup uses Ago soup stock. The soup is very rich and goes well with the vegetables! Even if you only eat vegetables, the flavor of this soup will soak in and it will be delicious! And the offal is quite large and plump. This is one of the top 3 motsu nabe I've ever eaten. This is a satisfying item. I was also curious about the final dish, but I ended up eating way too much (lol), so I finished with this for the day. The restaurant's signature menu items, horse sashimi and offal hot pot, are exquisite. Since it's an izakaya, it's nice to be able to use it casually. Also, this restaurant has seats where smoking is allowed. If you're going with someone from work, there are many people who smoke, so it's probably a good idea to keep this in mind. The staff and all the staff were cheerful and the atmosphere was nice. I'll visit you again!

All the dishes are delicious. I especially liked the famous horse sashimi platter. Since it comes from a racehorse, the meat is lean and packed with flavor, and it doesn't have any flavor. I particularly liked the loin. This is a must-order item. The other is Tonpeiyaki omelette. While I was on the move, I came across a place where I could smell okonomiyaki and thought I'd like to try it, so this was on the recommended menu. There is minced meat in the omelet, and this meat is very juicy. I'm glad it's not greasy. The sauce and mayonnaise were not too strong and were delicious. Finally, I wanted to eat motsu nabe, so I ordered the salted lemon flavor. Lemons become astringent when boiled, so the staff will cook and collect the lemons before they are boiled. The giblets are very big and plump. The offal was extremely filling. I felt it was more refreshing than the regular soy sauce with salt and lemon, so I enjoyed it even after eating the snacks. The staff and the atmosphere of the store were bright and clean. I would like to visit you again.
