The owner grills the skewers on the grill in the kitchen. The female clerk who seems to be the wife is in charge of the hall and cooks the food. If you check the menu mainly for skewers, they will bring you a recommended menu sign. It seems that this shop recommends kushiyaki tethers, fried chicken, fried yam, fried eggplant, steamed tea bowls, etc. Since it's the first time, please order 8 skewers (2 skewers x 4 types). There are 4 types of omakase: tuna, quail, liver, and pigeon. The tether seems to be the part of the blood vessel that connects the heart and liver, and it is said that it is a rare part that can only be taken in small amounts from one fish. It's soft yet has a nice texture and a juicy taste with fat on top, and it's very delicious. And the hat is written as ``a pre-prepared feeling that can only be tasted for a few seconds after baking'', so I eat it quickly, but this is also delicious. The liver is covered with a rich sauce and it is also soft and very nice. Once I took a break from skewers, I ordered liver sashimi, tataki cucumber with plum meat, and chicken bone boiled dumplings, and switched to potato shochu lemon sour for drinks. Liver sashimi is fresh and has no odor and is definitely delicious. And please add skewers, chicken skin, meatballs, tomato, and cheese peas. This chizupi is the one that got me the most. As the name suggests, cheese and bell peppers are sandwiched between meat, but the crunchy texture of the bell peppers, the taste of the cheese, and the umami of the meat are a perfect match.
