Nice cafe that specializes in Japanese green tea. The people working at the shop were all very nice. Weekends seem like they can be quite busy. We got deep steamed shincha. One interesting thing is that we got to eat the tea leaves when we finished our tea.

The number of Japanese tea cafes is increasing in Sapporo, and I have been to many of them, but this one, which I have been to more than 10 times, remains a hidden gem no matter how many times I go, and I feel that it is very cost-effective. Because it is run by a tea factory, the cost performance is different from the average Japanese tea cafe! The store manager, Mr. Inoue, has a Japanese tea instructor, and the tea he serves is made with hot water boiled in a turtle, and it's deliciously delicious. (Even if you buy tea leaves and brew them at home, you won't get the same taste...^^;) The handmade Japanese sweets are also exquisite! In particular, the parfait is an unbelievable price of 950 yen with tea! And all the parts are delicious ♪ Even though I can't usually finish a parfait, I can eat this parfait completely ◎ On the same floor as the cafe, there is also a sales corner for tea, tea sweets, and tea utensils, and I think one of the attractions is that you can find high-quality products that you can't find at other stores. Of course, you can just go shopping, so please stop by once ^^

July 21, 2023 Today, I ordered Hojicha Parfait and Cream Anmitsu. The ice cream, agar, shiratama dumplings, and red bean paste are all handmade. and It's amazing that the ice cream is also handmade! ️ The elegant sweetness is the best.
