I had an incredible first-time experience at this Japanese restaurant. The raw duck sashimi was an absolute delight, boasting exceptional freshness and quality that rivaled even the finest meats. The horse steak and tartare were equally outstanding, adding to the culinary journey. Opting for the full course was a wise decision, as the portion sizes were generous and satisfying. We were so lucky to have chosen this restaurant tonight. Staff were very friendly and tried their best to communicate with us even we spoke different languages. He even taught me Japanese of the food we ordered. And the food was really good. The Kyoto vegetable salad was so fresh and sweet in the ways they were. Duck was tender, juicy and exotic. Red wine and sake were well-chosen. Most importantly, the ways the staff cooked for us were professional and respectable. It was an enjoyable night. We will be back.
