Imozo Sakae branch was truly a restaurant that provided the best eating and drinking experience. I recently participated in the ``Shochu Day'' event, and was surprised and moved by the level of fulfillment. As a shochu lover, I was thrilled by the dream-like privilege of being able to enjoy as many glasses of 60 types of shochu for free. When you step into the store, you'll be greeted by the sight of an extensive shochu cellar lined up. From the moment I stepped down the stairs and passed through the automatic door, which had a dignified atmosphere, I could feel how much this shop was particular about their shochu. It was very new and fun to be able to choose your favorite shochu from the many shochu lined up in the shochu cellar while looking at the label, and drink it in your preferred way, such as with cold water, hot water, or carbonated water. The rich menu of Kyushu cuisine uses ingredients sent directly from Kagoshima, and the freshness and deliciousness of the dishes were electrifying. The sesame mackerel and broiled mackerel in particular impressed me with their flavor and delicacy of cooking, and the giblet hotpot also had a pleasant richness and flavor. The pork belly skewers were also delicious and should not be forgotten. The sweet fat overflowing from the pork belly was the perfect accompaniment to the shochu. Every time I took a sip, the juicy and fragrant taste tickled my tongue, and the synergistic effect with the shochu made it even more appealing. The mustard lotus root was freshly fried and crispy, making it one of the most delicious dishes I've ever tasted. At the end of your meal, enjoy a blissful moment of shochu with brown sugar fava beans as a snack. The seats are private and relaxing, and the customer service is very polite. On the day of the event, a member of Hamada Sake Brewery was on hand to explain about shochu, and I was able to feel a strong connection with them. I felt that this restaurant, which transcends genres, is not just an izakaya, but a new dimension of dining. In addition to shochu, there was also a wide selection of highballs and chuhai. The experience of this special day was more than just food and drink, it was an unforgettable memory. It was a wonderful restaurant that I would definitely like to visit again.

It's a pretty big box store, but there are many group customers, and it's quite difficult to secure a seat if you don't make a reservation early on the weekend. The drink menu is an overwhelming amount of shochu. Other people have commented, but you can enjoy rare items such as "Mori Izo" at about half the price of other stores. Of course, there are other alcohol menus, and there are soft drinks and sours for women and those who don't like alcohol, but I felt that it was a shochu bar for shochu lovers. The food was covered with a good feeling from the north to the south of the Kyushu region, and I felt the commitment to shochu here as well. Among them, I think that "basashi" and "variety of satsumaage" are by no means inferior to famous stores in the Nakasu area. The only disappointing thing is that the distance between the tables is close, and you can hear the conversation next door, and if you chat loudly, you will feel offended. It's so hard. I can fully understand that the current reasonable price is maintained by accommodating a large number of people, so when using it on weekends, it is recommended that you take this into consideration before going out.
