Izakaya [Kohaku] opened in Higashiokazaki. A restaurant belonging to the Leta Shabu Buta Gin group. The location is 6-7 minutes walk from Higashi Okazaki Station. There are coin parking lots around, so you don't have to worry about coming by car. Last month, when I came to Leta Shabu Butagin on the 3rd floor here. The festival grilled food on the signboard looked delicious, so I decided to come (≧∀≦) When should I invite a man? I arrived first, so I decided to get a Maker's Mark Highball! And fried lotus root scissors! The highball goes great with minced meat sandwiched in! Also, Japanese beef sushi! We also recommend this☆ Thick raw meat! I'm holding it! The vinegared rice tastes good too (^∀^) When everyone gathered, we had a festival grill ٩( ᐛ )و Hell! The guy on the sign! The pot is interesting. It feels like a dome shape turned upside down. There's a sweet and spicy soup in the hollow part in the middle, surrounded by plenty of bean sprouts and cabbage! And on top of that is marbled Hida beef ❤︎And chives add color! When the soup comes to a boil, add the meat along with the vegetables. For the dipping sauce, mix the sweet and spicy sauce and raw egg. It tastes like sukiyaki though. The bean sprouts are crunchy and delicious! I love bean sprouts, and I love the seasoning on sukiyaki! It was as delicious as it looked in the photo! At the end, add the udon noodles and let the soup soak into the stain.It's really good! The second time I substituted the udon noodles, I boiled down the soup and ate it like fried udon noodles, which was also delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed the festival grill (*´ω`*) In addition, the roast beef was plentiful and delicious, and the chicken skin skewers were also good ❤︎ The Letta Shabu on the 3rd floor was really good, but I also like the Matsuri Yaki!
