I made a reservation for the monkfish hotpot set. I had a little trouble getting through to the reservation phone line, but I went there and it turned out to be a great solution! ! It seemed like the shop was run by the owner alone. Water is self-service. In front of the hot pot, there was red bean liver, tomozu, and boiled fish. It was quite voluminous and the tomozu miso was extremely delicious. It was my first time trying both tomozu and boiled rice, and it was very easy to eat without any taste. The red bean liver was also rich! In addition to monkfish, monkfish hotpot contains plenty of Chinese cabbage and tofu. There were quite a few monkfish in there too! Monkfish has a different texture depending on the part, so you won't get tired of it. After eating the ingredients, we added rice and received ojiya. The ojiya made with soup stock was extremely delicious, and even though it was quite large, I was able to eat it in one go. Reservations are required for the monkfish hotpot set, and the price is 5,000 yen per person. It was a very satisfying meal.

This is my second visit! I couldn't forget the monkfish hotpot porridge, so I brought a friend who was having monkfish hotpot for the first time. It's definitely delicious. The owner is very particular about what he does and is very friendly. If you're not local, eat monkfish hotpot! It doesn't happen very often, so I'm grateful that I was able to find a delicious monkfish hotpot restaurant in my life.
