I have something to do in Hitachinaka, and I want to eat monkfish hotpot and some fish, but I don't want to go to a chain restaurant. . While searching, I found a restaurant that looked delicious. Monkfish hot pot, sashimi sashimi, ankimo with ponzu sauce and vinegar, and stewed beef tendon, all of which were delicious and plentiful, I was very satisfied. A piece of Ankimo was so thick that I had never eaten it before, and the tomo vinegar was made by putting pureed Ankimo in vinegared miso and letting it rest, so it was so delicious that even if you licked only the Tomo vinegar, it would make a nice drink. The entrance is a little difficult to find, but the inside of the store is clean and the tatami room on the second floor is spacious, so I definitely want to visit again if I'm staying nearby.
