Hiroshima, Japan｜Okonomiyaki Hasshou

Amazing little restaurant, we got there early so there was no line, but it looks like a popular local spot. They were flexible to remove the pork from mine, making it "almost vegetarian" I guess?

Incredibly big Okonomiyaki, difficult to finish but posisble due to the great taste. Friendly and attentive staff!

Amazing! The noodles are fried just right, and everything comes together so beautifully. A bit of a wait, but worth every minute! Definitely coming back when I'm in town.
