Hiroshima, Japan｜Mako Okonomiyaki

This is a restaurant that feels like Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. The old lady is baking all by herself, but she is very skillful and you never have to wait. Carp sauce goes well with slightly sweet cabbage. The volume is huge, and the price is extremely reasonable. Even though it was in a difficult to find location, customers were constantly coming in. You can clearly see that it is loved by the locals.

I stopped by this place while I was staying nearby for work.It looks like a traditional local shop, and the owner of the shop is very friendly. It seems that the price has increased recently, but the okonomiyaki soba meatballs are 500 yen, which is way too cheap (lol).The heating on the top and bottom griddles seems to be working, and they are perfectly cooked and delicious.It's a restaurant I'd like to go to again.

Meatball soba at 400 yen at the Showa price is wonderful. From Reiwa 5th year, it is 500 yen.
