Okonomiyaki for the first time in a while in my hometown. Okonomiyaki made with spicy noodles from Sanyoshi. My standard is the one with green onions and squid tempura. Locally eaten okonomiyaki is delicious. The parent bird I ate before making okonomiyaki had a good texture and deep flavor. Eating okonomiyaki with old friends in my hometown was special.

I went to Horaiya in Miyoshi City, Hiroshima Prefecture. The purpose is "Miyoshi Karamenyaki", the local okonomiyaki of Miyoshi City. Okonomiyaki using Egusa Shoten's chili pepper kneaded noodles and carp sauce made by Mori Jozo in Miyoshi City. There are many okonomiyaki restaurants in Miyoshi City. Oh, and they also have normal okonomiyaki that doesn't use spicy noodles, so don't worry if you don't like spicy food. At the end of baking, the okonomiyaki is held down with a weight, so the noodles feel solid. It's quite a noodle Parisian noodle, so the block-like texture is delicious. Above all, this cross section has beautiful layers of chili pepper kneaded noodles and cabbage, and this level is hard to see. It is easy to eat because it is firmly pressed. Eat spicy okonomiyaki in front of a hot iron plate in hot weather. It was very delicious and made me feel better.
