I ate meat ball soba. Well-balanced between well-grilled vegetables and softly-grilled soba noodles, this okonomiyaki is not watery, plump and delicious, slightly spicy with Mitsuwa sauce. The name of the restaurant is named after Hotaru Yamaguchi, who used to play for Cerezo Osaka.

I came all the way to Hiroshima during my trip, so I randomly chose this restaurant for okonomiyaki, and it was a big hit😁 The okonomiyaki itself is very delicious, but above all, the sauce seems to have been devised and it was very delicious. It's not heavy, so even if it's a double noodle, it's easy to put together.👍

It's a mess. And you will want to eat it again and again. I've eaten about 30 or 40 of them, but Hotaru's is the most delicious in Hiroshima. In other words, Japan's number one.
