Fuchu, Hiroshima, Japan｜備後府中焼き 一宮

This is my first Bingo Fuchuyaki. ⁡ The meat is minced, so the noodles are crispy and the cabbage is soft and moist. The sweet sauce and plenty of green onions doubled the flavor. ⁡ I don't have much time to eat there because it's far away, but I want to go eat there right away in Fuchu. ⁡ Thank you for the meal♪

I got the spicy noodle double. It took a long time to bake the okonomiyaki after it was shaped, but I was satisfied when I realized that this was done to make the soba crispy! Luckily, I was able to eat from the iron plate at the counter, so it was hot and delicious until the end! Shall we try toppings next time?

The distinctive feature is that the noodles are slowly baked to a crispy texture. This time I topped it with squid tempura and shiso leaves. The scent of shiso leaves spread in my mouth and it was delicious.
