I ate flat kawayaki (1100 yen)! You can have the eggs soft-boiled! It was so delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant was good and I was able to eat slowly!

I visited after 18:00 on Friday. It was my first time at a Fuchu-yaki restaurant, so I ordered the Hirakawa-yaki 1,000 yen, which is displayed at the top of the menu, which seems to be a classic. It was minced meat with beef tendon, the noodles were crispy, and the soft-boiled egg was topped at the end and it was very delicious. Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki is full of volume, but this flat kawayaki was just the right amount of food. The shop has a good atmosphere and is clean. When I entered the store, there was only one other customer, but as more people came in after that, it soon became full. Perhaps because I entered the address in the navigation system and searched, I was led to a narrow residential area, and it took me a while to reach the shop, but it can be accessed normally from the national highway. It feels like you're going beyond the recycle shop's parking lot, so it may be confusing for first-time visitors.
