You can eat Fuchuyaki, which is served on a teppan plate itself! I used to go to several Fuchuyaki restaurants, but during busy mealtimes, I never had the chance to eat it straight from the iron plate. I had the soba and udon mix, and it was very crispy and delicious. I want to go eat there again!

A friend of mine took me there because he said there was a delicious restaurant there. When I entered the store as soon as it opened, there were a lot of customers, and the phone seemed to be busy. I ordered double spicy noodles with hormone and mayonnaise (^^) The okonomiyaki was crispy on the outside, the noodles were fluffy on the inside, and the garlic flavor was just right. I went on a holiday on the recommendation of a friend. The okonomiyaki itself has pepper on it, so people who don't like spicy food might find it difficult. When serving the product, you can bring a separate iron plate as shown in the photo, so you can always eat hot food, but the iron plate is about the size of one okonomiyaki, so if you don't like cutting into pieces with a spatula, we will provide one for you. I think it would be a good idea to say a word to the shop owner beforehand and ask them to cut it for you.
