Kurashiki, Okayama, Japan｜Mitsuya

I was curious so I went and had a look. The soup is sweet. This is a soup that I quite like. The noodles were not too thick or thin, which I liked. The ingredients were three pieces of chashu, bean sprouts, green onions, and boiled eggs, which was very traditional, but it was delicious. Actually, it's an okonomiyaki restaurant, so I guess I have to eat okonomiyaki, but I like ramen ^ ^

It's a simple soy sauce ramen, but somehow it feels well balanced. The soup is rich and goes well with the chashu oil. Okonomiyaki is also simple and the eggs inside are fluffy and delicious. I am more than happy with the price. Both are 400 yen.

A store I've been going to for a long time. Although it has been renovated and its business hours have changed, the prices and deliciousness remain the same. The ramen in particular has a nostalgic taste.
