Ibara, Okayama, Japan｜Takohachi

I went to Ibara for lunch. It's not enough I don't know how many decades ago When I lived in Ibara Takoyaki restaurant that I often go to 😋 So nostalgic 👍 Super simple takoyaki✨ Not perfectly round It's oval shaped and packed with dough, cabbage, and 🐙, so it feels firm compared to the fluffy takoyaki of today, but it's still a traditional takoyaki that won't wilt over time. It was delicious so I'll come back someday I want to try okonomiyaki next time too💓

I've been eating takoyaki for over 30 years. For me, when it comes to takoyaki, it's Takohachi. The dough is fluffy and the cabbage inside is sweet and delicious, and the sauce is sweet and salty. It's delicious to eat as is, but it's best eaten with green onion mayo. It's a store you'll want to visit again and again.

I made a reservation for a large amount of takoyaki because I needed it for work. It was polite and kind! I will be using this again.
