I had the Fuchu-yaki "Onion Meatball Soba Topped with Cheese". The crunchy texture of Fuchu-yaki minced meat and soba noodles is It's still good ~. The hot egg, cheese, and green onions are the perfect match. It felt like it would disappear in no time. There are also a wide variety of menu items such as toppings and teppanyaki. It was delicious.

I went there for lunch. The inside of the store is decorated with carp lovers. Beautiful interior. Although the location is difficult to find, it is a delicious restaurant that is almost a hidden gem. 850 yen for Fuchuyaki with miso soup, salad, pickles, and two toppings is cheap. The Fuchuyaki noodles are grilled to a crispy texture and the cabbage is super thinly sliced, making it irresistible. It's served on a hot iron plate, so it stays piping hot. They serve a la carte dishes even during the day. I ordered tartare gyoza, and I was surprised that gyoza and tartare go so well together. I think the fried chicken is a bit pricey at 200 yen for two pieces, but it's large and crispy. It's mixed with sauce and topped with green onions, but it's a delicately fried chicken. The staff at the store greeted us with smiles, and even though they were busy, they had pleasant laughter and quick movements. I thought there weren't many restaurants where you could say "take care" during the day on your way home.

Fuchuyaki was delicious!
