Kurashiki, Okayama, Japan｜Kōri-en okonomiyaki

A delicious old shop that I found by accident. I thought I had no chance to share Okonomiyaki in Osaka, but I met in Kurashiki. The friendly boss and the proprietress, and the real ingredients of Osaka Yaki, said that the oysters in the oyster grill are very fresh and juicy, squeaking on the iron plate, and the scallops are also sweet and delicious. The boss can also speak in simple English. You communicate and help you take pictures to commemorate, a pretty good store! (The smoke exhaust in the store is not good, so be prepared to accept the smell of smoke)

I had an oyster’s “Okinomi Yaki”(Japanese style pancake ) which is the best one in my life! Oyster is juicy and tender but surface of the cake is crispy!! Must try the oyster since it’s only available in winter.
