I'm from Hiroshima, so I come here occasionally to eat Hiroshimayaki. The noodles are crispy, chewy, very delicious, and very filling. In addition to that, the grilling is done evenly every time and is done very well. I think this okonomiyaki will satisfy even the people of Hiroshima. There are only two tatami rooms and two table seats, so there aren't that many, so it's best to arrive early or late for lunch.

The noodles used for okonomiyaki are delivered directly from Isono Seimen, the company behind okonomiyaki in the Chugoku region, and there is also the option of making yakisoba with the noodles instead of using them for okonomiyaki. Another great feature is that Otafuku sauce, chili peppers, and mayonnaise are always available on the table. Of course, in addition to okonomiyaki, we also have a wide variety of side menus and alcoholic beverages, so you can have a fun time day or night. My personal recommendations are [Ika Mayo Oyster], [Hormone Yakisoba], and [Homemade Sujikon]. Not only does it go well with alcohol, but it also pairs perfectly with okonomiyaki.
