Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Japan｜Honma

I happened to have plans to go near Hamamatsu, so I went there for the first time because I wanted to try Enshuyaki that I had seen on TV. While I was having the take-out made, I was able to learn a lot about Enshu ware in detail, and the time I spent waiting for the wait staff to chat with me was very short-lived. When I saw the finished product, it was huge!! I was worried that I wouldn't be able to finish it all, but once I started eating it, it was so delicious that I couldn't stop using my chopsticks. The dough was so fluffy, there were so many ingredients, and the taste was so refreshing that I never got tired of it! The texture of the pickled radish and the pickled ginger worked perfectly and I ate it all! This is a shop I definitely want to stop by when I'm in the area again. You mentioned that the number of Enshu ware shops and people making Enshu ware is decreasing, but I hope they continue to do their best.

Enshuyaki is delicious.

Yakisoba is recommended. The noodles are delicious and can be eaten without any ingredients. Cost performance is also good, I think that it will become a habit once you eat it.
