I visited for dinner. There aren't many okonomiyaki specialty restaurants in Shizuoka. This is a great shop for someone like me who loves powdered foods❗️ I ordered egg rolls, okonomiyaki grilled onions, and beef tendon. Did I ask for too much? I thought so, but overall it felt refreshingly light. Completed the meal without any problems❣️ It's perfect for casual drinking, with alcohol and a wide selection of side dishes, and a counter. The restaurant is popular and full even on weekdays. Grilled green onions with Shizuoka mandarin ponzu sauce He says he is using it. It's soy sauce-based and refreshing. It also has plenty of green onions, making it irresistible for green onion lovers. And for some reason, I don't feel the unpleasant smell that lingers in my mouth after eating that green onion❗️ The okonomiyaki also goes perfectly with green onions, bonito flakes, Japanese mustard, and sauce ❤️ The thing that impressed me the most was the egg roll😻 So fluffy and fluffy that I've never eaten anything like this before. The texture reminds me of Mont Saint Michel's soufflé omelette😮‍💨 What is that when I watch you making it? Egg rolls? It looked like it was extremely voluminous, but when I ate it, it felt extremely light. The okonomiyaki was fluffy and had lots of bonito flakes, giving it an elegant okonomiyaki taste. The monaka ice cream was also delicious. The store was clean and had a good atmosphere.
