I brought some home when I was staying at a nearby hotel. After reading the reviews, I was nervous, wondering if the owner would be able to show up, but he welcomed me with a smile. (He seemed friendly.) When I ordered Fujinomiya yakisoba over the phone, they made it to me as standard. I should have looked at the menu more before calling.

A famous local Fujinomiya yakisoba restaurant that will be in its 15th year in 2020. Fujinomiya yakisoba is prepared by the owner on a traditional iron plate using Kanoya's steamed noodles and two types of secret sauce without adding any water. Umeshioyaki udon is made with finely cut umeboshi pulp and a unique sauce made from umeboshi juice, giving it a perfect balance of sourness and flavor. The main part of the store is the wooden floor where you need to take off your shoes. Thank you for the wonderful time! !
