Opened on September 13th, this is a restaurant that sells horumon udon noodles and okonomiyaki. The dough was fluffy, and even when placed on the iron plate, it didn't get crispy until the end, and it was very delicious! I'm so full! When I was talking to the staff at the store, I heard that they were very particular about hormone udon, and that udon is delicious not only in grilled udon but also in stewed udon. 2022.1 Visit I used it at a New Year's party with a small number of people! It takes about 3 minutes on foot from Harima Katsuhara Station on the JR Sanyo Line🚶 It was a bright space with a homely atmosphere! The horumon udon noodles with dipping sauce and grilled green onions were very delicious.The use of green onions grown in Himeji is also a plus point for local production for local consumption!
