I've been familiar with Nagata-style okonomiyaki for a long time, but I had the opportunity to go to Hiroshima for work, so I ate Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki at home, and now I love both. There are pictures of the menu in the store and everything looks delicious and appetizing. For the time being, I chose the toppings from the recommended menu, Bokkake & Cheese, and it was a hit! On another day, I ate okonomiyaki (forgot the name) with a lot of eggs, and it was also great. Looking forward to oyster season. postscript Since the oyster menu was lifted in November, I tried it. Umaiken's oysters are said to be Hiroshima Jigozen oysters, which are characterized by their ability to not shrink when grilled. It was very delicious with a rich and rich taste.

You can eat okonomiyaki from various regions in Hiroshima. I ordered the 3rd ton noodles grilled with spicy noodles. Next time, I would like to try the one with grated sand or minced meat.
