It's a personal preference, but if you have boiled soba noodles, it's perfect. It was a big plus that I didn't add bean sprouts which would increase the wateriness.

I came here for the first time because I wanted to eat Hiroshimayaki. Tonpeiyaki, chive balls, tentenyaki, sujikon covered, all of them were very delicious. Udon is also recommended. Thank you for the meal.
