The Hiroshima style modern was topped with beaten egg and was delicious. Kobe style modern yakisoba requires a little trick to order with toppings.

Izakaya style where you order using an iPad. I ordered oyster yakisoba and soft grilled octopus served with dashi. Both were delicious.
