Amagasaki, Hyogo, Japan｜Kaze no Machi at Tsukaguchi

Delicious food, attentive service

I haven't had much okonomiyaki in Japan, but it was by far the best. Since I don't speak Japanese and it was actually my first time using Japanese in Japan, I couldn't even think of a translator and used English as my body language, so I just ordered and ate and left. The owner and staff were all so friendly! I definitely want to visit again next time after learning Japanese enough to converse with locals!

I actually would have liked okonomiyaki, but I didn't have time so I went with yaki udon instead. It's a sweet sauce, so it needed a kick. Normally udon yaki only has cabbage, but this one had carrots and onions in it. I felt a little strange about it, but the squid was finely cut and soft, so I was satisfied. Is the man the store manager? The owner? He pays close attention to details, so he refilled the water twice in a short period of time. Next time I will definitely come back to try the okonomiyaki. thank you very much.
