The crispy noodles are the best Delicious okonomiyaki. I'm addicted to Japan♡ I like all Japan (laughs) Sometimes I have it delivered to my workplace, but I prefer to wait while drinking beer while watching the food being baked at the store. There are plenty of side menus, and there are many items that can be used with alcohol, and the inside of the store is very clean.

While touring more than 100 okonomiyaki restaurants, I asked the owner of a certain okonomiyaki restaurant in Hiroshima, who I had become friends with, ``Do you have any okonomiyaki restaurants you would recommend in Hiroshima?'' He recommended this one, so I decided to visit. I tried it. It was delicious with a crispy texture and a slightly sweet and sour okonomiyaki. I'm not a big fan of sour flavors, but it was just the right amount of sweet and sour.

We recommend getting the okonomiyaki here at the restaurant! Of course, I've had it delivered before, but the crispy noodles are best when freshly baked. The Italian (tomato, cheese, garlic chips) okonomiyaki is the best. It's great to have with beer or highball! Adding habanero sauce makes it even more delicious. It's spicy, but the tomatoes and cheese soften it just right!
