Personally, I think the okonomiyaki here is the most delicious in Hiroshima. My favorite is the meat ball soba double soba topped with squid tempura. I'm also interested in grilled green onions, but I always end up with this. Geographically, it's a little far from the city center, but I don't mind that, and I think it's worth traveling far just to eat Yamasaya's okonomiyaki. It has been featured in the Michelin Guide and has become more and more popular, and there are always a lot of customers, so there may be a wait, but Yamasaya's okonomiyaki will make you want to eat it even if you wait. The taste is different from the okonomiyaki restaurants in the city center that cater to tourists. For those who are not satisfied with that, I would like you to give it a try.

It is located on the 1st floor of a building in front of Takatori Station on the Astram Line. Parking is located at the back of the building. This restaurant uses Isono Seimen's soba, and serves okonomiyaki that brings out the flavor of the noodles to the fullest. As usual, I had the soba double topped with green onions. I like green onion topping. When it comes to green onions, the size, cutting method, amount, etc. vary depending on the store. It's nice to have so many green onions on it to give it a great visual impact! I would like you to eat Yamasaya's okonomiyaki with less sauce. I want people to enjoy the flavor that cabbage and noodles have. It was delicious okonomiyaki. Recommended!! ️
