I received meatball soba for 850 yen. It was super delicious. Personally, I would probably rank it in my top 3 in Hiroshima... The soba is grilled in a way that doesn't coat it with too much sauce, making it a balanced type of okonomiyaki. The fishmeal flavor is strong and spreads in your mouth along with the sweetness of the steamed cabbage. The noodles are really delicious! The main noodles are from Harada Seimen, and are used by long-established Chinese soba restaurants that represent Hiroshima, such as Hiroshima Chinese Soba Yoki-san. The flavor and texture are amazing. The sauce is Mitsuwa sauce with a slight hint of spice and a strong flavor. After all, they put melted kelp on top of the cabbage while it was baking, which was a perfect accent! The elegant scent and texture of kelp make it the best. Furthermore, on the table are sauces, spicy sauce, sesame seeds, pickled ginger, pepper, and garlic powder! I'm also happy that it is available and you can customize it to your liking. You can also prepare mayonnaise. There are also several parking lots a little further away. There was a constant stream of phone orders for takeout. Recommended! Quite delicious! !

I discovered the highly rated okonomiyaki restaurant "Kagemaru" on Google Maps and visited it. I was the only customer as I arrived after 5pm, but okonomiyaki for takeout was being grilled on the iron plate. As I was waiting after ordering meatball soba, more and more customers came to take it home. When the okonomiyaki was ready, I was given a small plate, chopsticks, and mayonnaise (I'm not a Hiroshima resident, so I was worried about eating it with just a trowel...) When I took a bite, I realized that this was Hiroshima-yaki! It was an exquisite okonomiyaki. It was crispy on the outside, the cabbage was well steamed on the inside, and the noodles were thin and fragrant, making it a perfect piece. They have a full menu of drinks and snacks, so I thought I'd like to go there for a drink next time. The hostess was also really kind and made the meal enjoyable.

While watching the okonomiyaki being carefully made on a beautifully polished iron plate, the friendly owner talked to us and listened to us, and we had a great time♪ The properly steamed cabbage is sweet, fluffy, soft and delicious😋 The perfect okonomiyaki with Harada Seimen noodles and Mitsuwa sauce has a gentle taste. The parking lot is located a little further along the park. The red colored cone is the landmark. (Parking space is small) It was very delicious.
