It was the most delicious Hiroshima-yaki I've ever eaten. And it's cheap. I ate the Seiyan-yaki (fried squid, green onion and egg, pork, soba noodles, I think) that bears the restaurant's name, but it didn't cost 1,000 yen. The most distinctive thing was the soba, which was not chewy and medium-thick like other restaurants, but rather thin and firm, with a distinct texture. The vegetables included cabbage and bean sprouts, and the volume was large. At the counter around the iron plate, you can choose whether to eat directly from the iron plate with a trowel or to use a plate and serving plate. Water is self-service. Since it is a small store, there are few seats (4 counters, 1 tatami room). It seemed like there was also an izakaya open at night.

It's so delicious! I was surprised that my 3-year-old and 1-year-old, who are picky eaters, ate them so vigorously. I came here because it had good reviews on Google. Go to a store with good reviews and you're right! There were a lot of regulars at the counter, but they were having fun chatting and I didn't feel uncomfortable even if my child shouted loudly (laughs). The store manager and the part-time boy were really nice! We will go again!

I went to the city center of Hiroshima for some errand and visited a relative. I'm going to eat dinner in Akininami Ward, and if it's Hiroshima, I'll probably try ``Okonomiyaki.'' I thought it would be a good idea, and since this restaurant had high ratings on Google Maps, I decided to visit without hesitation. We arrived after 6pm and there were no customers in the store yet. The family's car was parked in front of the entrance. (According to the store owner, there seems to be a parking lot where several other cars can be parked.) This time I came to the store with three men, We ordered two meat balls (soba) for 700 yen and Seiyan special (soba) for 1000 yen to share. It was delivered within 15 minutes after ordering. It looks voluminous, but when you actually eat it, The soba noodles are extremely thin and not oily, making it a light dish. It was eaten. All three were very satisfied with the taste, and there were no other customers coming to the store for a while. There were some things that weren't available, so I had a lot of conversations with the store owner. He has a very friendly personality and doesn't just eat and go home. There was also some communication with the creators. It left an even more delicious impression and memory. It was a great decision to come here.
