Kumano's new specialty? I had "fluffy natto-yaki"! I thought it was a variation of okonomiyaki, but it turned out to be something different, similar to monjayaki, which is made by kneading natto into the batter. It seems that not only natto but also yam and cheese are included, and when cut, it pulls strings. As the name “fluffy” suggests, it has a fluffy texture, but it is surprisingly filling, probably because it contains natto. When I came up with something similar in the past and made my own, it was impossible because overheated natto smelled too much, but this one doesn't have the smell of natto. The stickiness of natto also melts with the dough and cheese to create a fluffy texture. This is 650 yen, so it's cheap! I'll take two next time.

Not only okonomiyaki but also anything you eat is delicious! ! It's full of volume and includes kimchi roll and seafood roll soba. There is no lunch menu as it is a dinner menu. Sobameshi is also delicious! ! Kochiha is also full of volume. Harami steak is irresistible (^q^)
