Hiroshima, Japan｜Turip

I visited around 6:30pm. Although we were the only customers, we had a very enjoyable meal with very polite customer service. I was watching the okonomiyaki being prepared on the iron plate, and I was worried that it would flip over with so much cabbage and bean sprouts on it, but it turned out to be the work of a professional (lol). The noodles were thin, and the shredded cabbage was also hand-cut into very thin pieces, yet it was not watery and very delicious. From the outside, it looks like a shop in a residential area that is loved by locals, and I would definitely go there again if I ever come back to Hiroshima!

Entered the store around 12:30 on January 21, 2023 There were two people in each group in the store. I was able to enter the store without waiting. The order came quickly, and the okonomiyaki arrived in about 15 minutes, so I didn't feel any stress until I ate it. The okonomiyaki was delicious and the egg yolk looked like it was half-cooked, so it was very delicious. Although the portion was quite large, I was able to say it was delicious.

The shredded cabbage was fluffy and delicious. My friend had a soft-boiled egg that was perfectly grilled. It was ready and served quickly after ordering.
