The best okonomiyaki I've ever eat, too delicious until you won't eat the other.

"Okonomiyaki Toshichan" is located in Kogo Kita, Nishi Ward, Hiroshima City. Look for the orange signboard. There are counter seats and table seats along the wall, and only the counter seats are served on an iron plate. I was really curious about the squid (geso) topping, so I chose "Special Okonomiyaki" champon. Champon means to put both buckwheat and udon. The special has squid (geso) and raw shrimp. Udon is rare in flat noodles. I felt the umami in the whole okonomiyaki, and the steamed cabbage was really good. I was curious about it, so the geso and raw shrimp were plump and had a good texture and were delicious. We also have oden in winter. I got the standard egg and radish. This is also recommended.
