Hiroshima, Japan｜Koguma

We had Okonomiyaki as part of our group tour here and it was absolutely fantastic. The owner also works hard to provide options for those who need gluten-free and allergy-free dishes. I tried both the normal and gluten-free Okonomiyaki, and they were incredible. I'd struggle to tell the difference! The restaurant is a short walk from Rakurakuen Streetcar Station, which you can reach from A-Bomb Dome Mae Station. Well worth the trip!

Very friendly & excellent service! The okonomiyaki was delicious (both the normal & gluten free versions). It was a treat to be able to safely enjoy a traditional Hiroshima dish. Best part was my kids also approved!

This place has AMAZING gluten free okonomiyaki!!! It's seriously the best thing I've eaten in Japan. The husband and wife owners are SUPER nice too. He explained to me exactly what the ingredients are to make sure they were all ok for me to eat despite his limited English skills. They are always friendly to me and ask me questions about what I've done in Hiroshima so far despite my limited Japanese speaking. (They also have regular okonomiyaki if you want to bring other friends or family members.)
