Kure, Hiroshima, Japan｜たつ房

The taste is just right, and the soba has a crispy part and a good texture. There is volume and it is reasonable. I want to visit again. Spare ribs were excellent.

I used it for dinner. We ordered the Hiroshima-style Nikutama Soba and the Kure Yaki Nikutama Soba. The owner was also kind and easy to enter the store. I also want to go there when I visit Kure!

It's super cheap and really delicious, so I highly recommend it.
