Always has been my go to Okonomiyaki shop every week in Saijo after a long week of work in the lab. I also like the rustic, American and 80's vibes of the area. The aesthetic of the shop is really different from the other okonomiyaki shops that I went to, it makes you want to stay longer and enjoy a glass of beer. The shop is not just about aesthetic, but it also offers different kinds and flavors of okonomiyaki. I also like the fried noddles. Worth the time, and the money!

One of the beet okonomiyaki restaurants in Saijo area. You can call them and order beforehand. It usually takes long if you order after the arrival so I recommend you order on the phone in advance. The top recommendation is Aburi negimayo. You can’t go home without eating it.
