Best okonomiyaki with twin egg for Hiroshima style okonomiyaki in Saijo. The soba is little crispy, I love it taste. Beside okonomiyaki, the restaurant have others foods as shown in the menu. I never tried the sweet because always too full with one okonomiyaki. If you don’t eat much, I suggest to order only one okonomiyaki for two people. The owner limited the number of okonomiyaki sell each day. Sometime I went around 7:00pm, but it is finish. The owner didn’t talk much or friendly, but just ignored because it is his personality.

I really recommend this place for Okonomiyaki with twin eggs. Please have a try. The owner does not talk much, but please don't care it is just his natural manner. He cooks very delicious Okonomiyaki that is what matter.

Went for dinner at 5:30pm, Saturday. This was the opening time so there were plenty of seats. However, I was slightly put off by how the restaurant wasn’t smoke free so the table beside us had a smoke. The food itself was delicious, like all the other okonomiyaki restaurants near the area. 750 yen for a regular okonomiyaki with eggs and meat, and toppings generally costed 150 or 100 yen extra each. The restaurant also had teppanyaki and yakisoba/yakiudon. Not sure why the other Japanese reviews complained about bad customer service when the waitress today was pretty friendly.
