I went to ``Okonomiyaki/Teppanyaki Nakamuraya'' in Shimami, Saijo-cho, Higashihiroshima City. Here you can choose between Okonomiyaki and Fuchuyaki. I had Fuchuyaki topped with oysters. There were three oysters on top without any browning. It feels quite crisp. The green onions used are samurai green onions, which are currently very popular. It has a strong flavor and has the natural deliciousness of green onions. It was a delicious okonomiyaki with the triple signature of Fuchuyaki noodles, samurai green onions, and oysters.
