Okonomiyaki with pork balls is surprisingly cheap at 500 yen! I received the 800 yen special tama that was a mix of pork, shrimp, squid tempura, cheese, mochi...etc. Still cheap >< And when you think of Hiroshima okonomiyaki, you think of soba. You can choose udon, but order soba as standard. The okonomiyaki that came out was surprisingly large. Is this for one person? I hesitated, but once I started eating it, I found it delicious ^_^ The best style is to eat it with a spatula while it is still on the iron plate. According to the locals, the sauce is not Otafuku, but is probably an original homemade sauce. It was very delicious. According to my aunt, it was better cooked than the original Sanhachi's father. By the way, they are relatives, so I can say whatever I want. Okonomiyaki is a mess. There is almost no base. The cabbage is steamed by the heat of the iron plate, and the sweetness of the egg and pork and the sauce are entwined. Moreover, the taste is not uniform in places lol It's a merry-go-round of flavors! I never get tired of it. It's so delicious! ! ! If you want to eat beautiful okonomiyaki, this is definitely not the place. I've eaten a lot of okonomiyaki, The one that I felt was really delicious was Popeye. This is Asahiya, which used to be in Kabe. I would like to give my grandmother a medal with a yellow ribbon. There are 3 parking spaces across from the store, but at lunchtime you will be crossing a prefectural road, so I think it's best to adjust your parking times to avoid inconveniencing the neighbors.
