2021/6 It is a shop that I wanted to go to for a long time. Today we had ❝Nikutama soba ¥680❞. For this okonomiyaki, thickly cut cabbage is skillfully steamed using a certain technique. The heaping amount of cabbage shrinks in a blink of an eye, concentrating its umami and sweetness. In the meantime, do not press down even once (← important). The noodles are grilled with a little bit of fat and crispy, and finally combined with a soft-boiled egg to create an exquisite grilled dish with plenty of sweet cabbage. In addition, okonomiyaki has a rare jalapeno vinegar pickle, which goes well with okonomiyaki and is a good accent. Contrary to the size of the frontage, the inside of the store is deep, and there are table seats for four people. However, the recommendation is still the seat in front of the shiny iron plate. Hot and delicious until the end. Also, the inside of the store is very clean and tidy, and the two women who work at the store are very beautiful. Payment is cash only.

I went there for the first time. I had the recommended okonomiyaki with meat squid tempura soba and green onion topping. This one doesn't contain bean sprouts, so it's really delicious. And very voluminous. I've only been to a few okonomiyaki restaurants in Hiroshima, but this one is one I can recommend. And the background music playing in the store was filled with songs that were very popular among middle-aged people, and I ate my okonomiyaki while feeling a bit nostalgic. It's a small shop, so it might be a good idea to stagger your schedule. Thank you for the meal.
