I found a good hideout! The manager will carefully grill it for you. The taste is strong. It may take a while to complete if it's crowded, but waiting is also fun. Please enjoy the manager's spatula handling! The noodles are steamed. Because it's slowly baked, there's no wasted water, but the cabbage inside is steamy and sweet. I ordered squid tempura with eggs and toppings, but there were a lot of toppings!! ︎ Even the single noodle was satisfying. There were 3 people at the counter and about 4 desks without iron plates. It's a beautiful shop. It was quite a piece! ︎

I stopped by last month. It was wonderful to see the master making okonomiyaki with all his might! Especially the iron handling was amazing! Just a word of thanks. Thank you very much for the delicious food!
