Lunch at "Haikara-san" in Yamamoto, Asaminami Ward, Hiroshima City. For the first time, Indy, who had dry curry, added buckwheat and tried it. The compatibility of chicken, cheese and curry was the best. The combination of Indy and soba had a volume of 2.5 soba. [Updated January 2023] This time, I chose “Miyajima-san Snow White,” which is oysters with white sauce. There are 6 large oysters and a white sauce that looks like snow. As you can see in the picture, the noodles will be quite parisian. Menpari soba noodles and plenty of cabbage are beautifully separated in layers, making it irresistible for menparis lovers. The white sauce is delicious with a moderate claim that brings out the flavor of the oysters.
