Objectively speaking, the best okonomiyaki in Hiroshima. The chef is a wizard with the spatulas.

I was finally able to visit a store that I had been curious about for a long time. As it was a weekend Friday night, there were plenty of tables. I was guided to a counter seat in front of the iron plate. (I like to have my okonomiyaki served in front of the iron plate.) First, we had draft beer with cream cheese and homemade gakko. Cream cheese and takuwan are a golden combination, and the texture of takuwan is irresistible. If you put a lot of it on crackers, you won't be able to stop drinking. I was surprised by the variety of toppings for okonomiyaki. This is my first visit to the store, so I simply ordered meatball soba. The okonomiyaki that was served shortly after was the lightest I had eaten in Hiroshima. I think the fact that the flour is only used as a base and the bonito flakes on top of the cabbage is effective. Not only is it light, but it perfectly complements the flavor and richness of the bonito flakes, fried squid, and pork belly. It's a complete meal in no time. was delicious! If it's this delicious, I'm sure the other menu items will also be delicious. I'll be going there for a while. By the way, your husband is really dandy.
