I heard that this is Tamio Okuda's favorite restaurant, and as a fan, I'm curious about this restaurant. The shop is built in conjunction with a noodle factory, and you can see the factory through the glass. Ordered oyster butter, grilled marumen, and yakisoba. The oyster butter feels like it's grilled quickly, and the beer goes well with its plump texture and flavor. Hiroshimayaki noodles are crunchy and chewy and very delicious! Once I realized how delicious the noodles were, I started to want to try yakisoba as well, so I topped it with shiso leaves for a slightly different taste. It was a refreshing and complete meal without getting boring. After the meal, of course, we took our time to admire Mr. Tamio's autograph and photo. I was very satisfied and full!

It looks like an okonomiyaki shop run by a noodle shop. The seasoning takes advantage of the deliciousness of the noodles and is delicious. You can also enjoy the atmosphere of Mazda Stadium from behind the scenes 🎵

perilla cheese I received it. No matter what I say, the noodles are delicious. The flavor of the noodles is by far the best. (This is my personal opinion) It doesn't look good when baked, but it tastes good so it's not a problem (lol) The flavor of the perilla and the texture and flavor of the cheese were also good. It was very delicious.
