There are so many okonomiyaki restaurants in Hiroshima that I can't even count them, but out of all the ones I've eaten at, this is definitely the best! There are several Henkutsuya stores, but I think this Kabe store is the best. Lol When I serve okonomiyaki, I am asked whether I would like it on a griddle or on a plate.As I am a slow eater, I often request a plate that is easy to eat, so I wonder if they remember this and prepare the plate in advance. There are many cases where That kind of consideration is also one of the reasons I like this shop ☺︎
