The Fuchuyaki was delicious! When you say it's your first time here, the staff will give you instructions on how to choose the menu and how to eat it. The cheese topping was the perfect match for the okonomiyaki and was delicious!

This is one of my favorite okonomiyaki restaurants in Fuchu City. It's not as crispy as Sachi (of okonomiyaki), but on the contrary, it's lighter than Sachi. You can add pepper, pepper, and mayonnaise on the table to your liking.

I went to ``Awaken'' in Fuchu City, Hiroshima Prefecture. This is a Fuchuyaki and Teppanyaki restaurant. It is located on Fuchu Festival Street, next to the tourist association. It is a stylish shop that resembles a building with glass walls and white walls. I had the orthodox Fuchuyaki soba topped with green onions. I also liked the green onions because they were cut to my liking. There are various old and new Fuchuyaki restaurants, but this one seems to be relatively new, so I hope they do well!
